I have a Torchmate X 5X10 table using the Hypertherm Powermax 105. We recently moved the table to a different shop and getting it set up. Everything seems to work as it should until we go to run the job.

The torch AVC's down, touches the plate, has a short burst of air then shuts off. It turn, smoking the electrode every time because its getting too hot. We have checked all the grounds, the air to the back of the plasma looks to be holding steady at 110 when it does arc up, and we have checked to make sure there is no leaks going to the table. Is there any way to toggle the air to the torch head while its stationary?

This has happened before a few years ago and i don't remember what we done to fix it. I do remember it being a fairly simple fix though.
