when nesting in cad 9 the software goes into time and then locks up and then cad software closes. any help would be appreciated

I just imported the DXF and nested the tree with no problems (though I am using v8 not v9). The only issue I have run in to while nesting is including tool paths. If I nest with tool paths it crashes, so now I just nest all my parts (ensuring proper spacing in the nesting setup) and the create toolpaths after it has been nested.
