I have experienced nesting errors in the past when including tool paths, so I no longer do that. Despite not including tool paths I have run across this error twice now, "Array limit has been exceeded. Please check the current data." Any ideas or thoughts? I search forums and only found one other post, but it had no replies. Thanks!

I had the same problem again on the last two sheets I nested. After lot of trying I found out one pattern I have used for years could only be nested once. I would have to delete it, then import it again than it will nest. I say the computer is bring dumb again.
