Lockout Light Lit Up on Accumove 3 Controller

We were having issues with a 6 X 14 Table X with Lincoln Flexcut 125. We talked with Tech Support about our Z axis problem and got that resolved. The person talking to Tech Support didn't notice that the Lockout Light was lit. Attached is a Picture of our screen showing it lit. Is this suppose to be lit or should the AVHC one be lit? What can we do to correct this if it shouldn't be lit? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

The LOCKOUT indicator will be ON, until it LOCKS out (during tight radius' and corners) then will be OFF during that time. The AVHC light is OFF until the head is adjusting because of a voltage discrepancy, then will be ON.
