Kerf with finecut flexcut 80

Can' seem to get anywhere near the .035 as shown in the manual on 18g cold.

Anyone else run into wide kerf issues?

hers a video showing the slowdown and a pic showing the really big kerf. Please help, my entire business is reliant upon fine cuts.
