Red/black from VFC are the raw arc and go to the inside of the Pmax units, the green black go in the little black plug(see image) and that goes into the back of the Accumove 2.

To clear it up for you, the CNC interface cable has two pairs of wires, Green and Black will go to the black two pin connector that plugs into Port 1, the Red and Black from Interface cable will go to the Mini Din 8 pin cable, connecting to the red and black wires on this cable. See picture attached for the Raw Arc Voltage connections inside of the plasma cutter, run a pair of 16 to 18 ga wire from the plasma cutter to the VFC box, red being positive and black being negative.

I don't have the 2 pin connector ... I have the 4wire interface cable coming out of the plasma consisting of red/black and green/black . Then I also have this cable that is supposed to plug in back of accumove with numerous wires on the other end along with the red/black coming out of the VfC

The black connector shown should be in a baggy that has 4 of them total.

Nope ! Nothin ,, I had missing hardware early in assembly and contacted TORCHMATE and they knew that they didn't send me correct bolts and instructed me to head to the hardware store . But I never had any kind of 2 pin plugs .

The red and black from the interface cable connects to the red and black in your picture above. You should have received 4 of the little square 2 port connectors, as Matt pictured above where the green and black wires connect to. If you purchased Hypertherm 65 from us then the Raw Arc Voltage wires have been connected to the inside of this unit, look at the back of the unit and you should see a small gray cable coming out the back of the unit. This cable has a single pair of red and black wires inside the shielding that will connect to the red and black wires on the VFC box. If you did not buy the plasma cutter from us then follow the diagram that I attached previously, and use your own pair of 16 or 18 gauge wires to make the connections.

Ok, it's starting to make sense to me now . I did not buy the pmax65 from you . I bought the cpc board and interface cable separate and added it . I was assuming the interface cable had the raw arc voltage wires included in it . So if in unstanding correcting the need to still ad 2 wires inside he plasma unit for the raw arc voltage . And connect the red/black to the cable in the back of the accumove and green/black to the 2pin connector (that I don't have) .,,correct? Can I purchase the 2 pin connector local at an electronically supply store do you know ? who makes it ? Or do I have to order from you guys ?? Thank you for help !!

If you do not have to two pin black connectors and they would have come in a small plastic bag, or look on the back of the Accumove box to see if one is already connected to the port, if not we can send you a couple.

I do not have any .. Upon receiving my machine I set everything out on a table to take inventory and never saw them .. And there is nothing in the back of the accumove .. The only 2 pin I have is connected to the wires from the plate marker

On their way to you, in the mean time you can use the connector from the plate marker to use on the plasma.
