Hole cutting issue

Having an issue with holes. Even though I create lead in's, it treats some like lead in's and some like lead outs. Check out where it starts in each hole. And it travels a different direction when it treats the lead differently. Any ideas why?

I even tried pathing all the holes seperately as female and it did the same thing.

Update: I worked around this by pathing all the holes seperately as female and adding a lead in and a lead out. But I'd still like to know why it does this? If anyone has any ideas.

Ensure the holes are not broken, break path and you can go to Edit, Select by, Open Objects - whatever is selected is broken, not fully defined. Also check on your Basic Tab when creating a tool path that you have Climbing selected which determines the direction of travel, female is counter clockwise.

Holes are connected. Climbing is selected. Is this definetly a CAD issue or could it possibly be the cutting software? Assuming it's a CAD issue since CAD is generating the G code and telling the cutting software where to start and end??

Its the full version Im using when this happens. I'll try it in lite and see if it does the same thing. My full version will also not export to PDF. I have to use my lite version for that. Chad suggested a reinstall.
