Flexcut 125 Error 0021

I was hoping maybe someone can shine some like on my issues. I have a torch mate 4800 with a flex-cut 125 and was finally trying to do some cutting and when the plasma tried to arc i would get the error 0021 code each time. I had a step up transformer installed in my shop to get the power required after i bought the table and torch and was told it was '3 Phase' but was never informed it was 460 volt. I'm hoping it is something easy. Any help would be great.

Did you look in the Plasma Owners Manual for an explanation of the error code. 0021 is a stuck electrode, it is not retracting either due to not enough air pressure or restriction and not moving freely. First set the plasma cutter to purge air and verify you have the correct air pressure set on the plasma cutter, then you can inspect the electrode to see if it moves freely when you push it up with your finger.

Did looks in owners manual and the machine says "work Transfer Failed" the unit has 100psi coming in from the reg and the machine is set to 60psi, and tried changing all parts with no changes. Called Torchmate and spent a lot of time on the phone with them and we went over everything. They have moved it up the chain of command to get the engineers involve.

quick update. The problem ended up being a bad break in the panel box.
