Any help appreciated. I am a newer user and making this sign for a animal non profit animal rescue for free . It looks like somehow i have small cuts inside other cuts and not sure how they got there. I get an error that we cant create a male tool path because things wont fit. But then if i click on cut now OR show tool paths i see multiple paths but only in some areas. What is the best way to fix the file.

when i have a file like this I manipulate in node editing the all the small parts I can first. Then I use an male toolpath on them . for everything else i use a online toolpath on the narrow closed objects. so yes 2 different toolpaths. Torchmate university has good videos detailing how to do multiple toolpaths

Ok importing DXFs with smaller cuts that are shapes.

First thing I do is BREAK PATH and select the smaller areas. Then I go to the VECTORIZATION TOOL and use a SINGLE LINE.

This will create a single line inside of the shape.

Then make a ONLINE TOOL path on those items.

Check out the DXF Clip art video: This covers the multiple tool path creation and the single line tool.
