First time posting a project on here, hopefully it goes over well... Our metal cut saw base has been used and abused. It was time for a new one. Wanted to be able to change the angle of the cut inline with our material feed. We're able to get 75˚. The cuts are far more supported and it's been a beneficial upgrade for us. We used 1/4" plate on the top and 3/8" around the base. Let me know if anyone wants the CAD files and I'll upload them.

Great idea mounting the saw on the turntable. You could sell that in a DIY kit. Thanks

I don't understand how you turn it in order to get angles. Can you share the dxf files?

Great idea, plus the dog bones makes easy weldup.
