Cutting concave discs

    Newer member looking for little help. I am wanting to cut a design on a concave disk blade has anyone ever done this before or have any tips on settings so the height control will follow the curve of the blade

    Would be no different than setting the height control from cutting warped plate.

    Ok I just wasn’t sure as there is probably a 2-3 inch concave to the disc. I’m gonna try this next couple of days. Thanks

    With respect to that, you do need to verify you have enough travel to maintain the proper distance from the material. Tell me what controller you are using and I can give you some better guidelines.
