A good friend of mine owns several HD motorcycles and loves HD garb. I gave this sign to him for xmas. His name is Ronnel Balliet.

The sign is made up of 3 layers: orange, black, and white. The back plate is a 12 gauge solid silhouette powdercoated HD orange. The middle layer is very thin, 24 ga, and powdercoated bright gloss white. The top layer is 12 ga and powdercoated gloss black.

The three layers are held together with 8-32 stainless steel hex cap screws. I used the Torchmate to pierce each hole so that everything would line up perfectly. Then I drilled out the top and middle layers with a bit slightly larger than #8 and and drilled and tapped the back plate to take the 8-32 screws.

On the back side of the back plate, I welded several picture hanging tabs to hang it from (unfortunately, I didn't get a pic of that).

After the design work, it really only took a couple of hours to put together.
