I'm getting ready to cut some 14 gage aluminum on my growth 4x4 and was wondering if anyone has a great luck with it? I have the powermax 65 and didn't see anything for for the fine cut low speed settings. Hope someone has some information.
    Thanks

I cut it all the time with my 85 using the 45 amp charts for aluminum. I don't use fine cuts on it, but I get great results.

I cut it a lot. 30-35amps at 150ipm or sometimes 45amps at 200+ ipm. But I don't think your machine goes that fast.

I'm going to start cutting aluminum also. Can one of you post pics of your cut quality?

    Thanks.

It's very important you read your product manuals before cutting aluminium.
