This is Bobby and I'm posting some pics of the bouncer build here at Motobilt for Dan. I'm sure he will chime in with more information. Thanks, Bobby Gauge Cluster
Bobby posted above for me. To clarify. On smaller gauge materials we cut a finished hole on the table. On thicker materials like 3/16 and up we will cut the hole on the table and then simply run a construction reamer through the hole for a more precise fitment. Here are examples of the reamers for those interested. http://www.mscdirect.com/browse/tn/Holemaking/Reamers/Bridge/Construction-Reamers?navid=12106086 Let us know if we can ever any any questions for you guys. Bobby will be posting some on here for me. I don't always have time to get on the forums. If you need me direct feel free to email me or call the shop. Thanks Dan DuBose
Monday funday grinding it out. Our shop is divided into three sections. This part of the shop is where I spend most of my time.
LOL yeah we might be adding a little too much detail work to Evan's rock bouncer. I am having a good time with it. -Dan
If it is 1/8" or less we cut it to the actual size and will ream it out if necessary. On 3/16" or thicker we may under size it then ream it depending on how the part is used. i.e a shock mount where the hole needs to be tight against a bolt. Thanks, Bobby
You do amazing work. Looks great. I agree with Kevin L, way to nice to be in the rocks! What's planned for paint or powder color?
