After cutting a part I went to cut another part and the torch would not move off it's highest point when told to run. X and Y moves are fine. The IHS error appears on the screen. The torch does move up and down manually and when I turn the laser off and on. I have warm booted and cold booted multiple times. I have removed the torch and replaced from magnet. Datum and reset z axis. The program just stalls with out the torch moving to maternal. Tried in dry and active run with the same issue.

So knowing I probably won't hear from tech support till Monday, I removed the torch from mag holder and replaced all the consumables with used stuff and it worked. I have no idea but I didn't reboot again. Keep in mine my issue was the torch would not proceed down the z axis to start the cut and I did remove the consumables but did not replace before. I'm sure one of you knows the answer.

Torch is detecting IHS right off the bat when you hit run job, this is an indication either the copper shield cap is screwed on too tightly as in not enough clearance between shield cap and nozzle or you have debris between shield cap and nozzle.
