Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
When I am jogging or running a program, the values on the x/y coordinates are way higher than the controller is moving the actual table. It is almost like the table is moving at about 40% of the speed required.
    Thoughts?
    Thanks,
    Dan

Are your parts cutting correctly, just slow?

Not cutting correctly, it seems like everything is scaled down. speed is slower as well the parts are scaled down from original size .....

This just started or are you using the table for the first time? If it's the first time, have you followed the gear ratio calculation process?

Depending on which controller/software package you have you will either need to run a gear ratio adjustment, or change configuration.
