I have a student that would like to cut some 22 ga copper with the powermax 45. Anyone have some good initial settings, tricks, tips to cutting copper. This is my first run with it.

    Thanks

Use the same settings for Aluminum though your cut speed will be lower due to the thermal conductivity.

I cut some jewelry pieces on thin gauge copper and used tips from the PM 30. As mentioned I used the aluminum specs but don't recall the speed.
