I have the TorchmateX and the flexcut 125 and I noticed in a DCB episode they used the flexcut 125 for plasma marking. I have been trying to use it on 14g mild steel and have noticed on the start points there is a dimple or hole from the plasma establishing an arc. anyone know how to get rid of that?

    Reduce the pierce delay.

For the weld tables, I put the "starts" outside the table cut to avoid the indents. Even with a "0" pierce delay, you will still get a little bit.
