When I start the system up I get motor not found message and cant access any screens, is this because it didn't find the motor or is it just not functioning properly? Don't know the cause any help would be nice. Thanks
No communication between motor and control box, you will need to try and reprogram motor. Turn box off, hold down Ok and turn back on, then release button. Up once to Factory Menu, then down to Download Program to Motor, hold down Cut and Ok to send. Once done counting turn box off and back on, if message reappears recheck connections and try again. No way to tell for sure if it is the motor or control box, you can contact Onexia for further info.
