I am trying to design this sign. Everytime that I go to Machine Create a tool path I get a Lead In/Lead Out Error message. Can someone help please. My Superintendent wants this cuts tomorrow.

Lead-ins/outs can only fit if the object is large enough, if the object is not large enough to fit a lead-in inside then the object will be treated as an online cut. Also if the space between lines is too small that it will not accommodate your kerf offset then you will lose detail. If you can trace it with a sharpie then you should be able to cut it with plasma, but where the lines touch is the material that will be removed. To sum it up the error message just means some objects will not accommodate a lead-in and will be treated as an online cut. To fix cut a larger sign or modify the object to accommodate your kerf width (default .06).
