Hi im new to this site and after a bit of help or a different way of doing something, i know how to notch tube by hand but also have a notcher which is on my drill

Ive got to make a load of 22mm spigots which im notching to fit a 48mm tube, the problem im having is im notching a lot of spigots that sit under 90 degree mitred corners and my notcher is not great so im open to some new ideas or methods

Ive uploaded some pictures to help explain my predicament

A good quality notcher from JD2 or Baileigh would help you out with production quantities. For hobbyist like my self the cheaper notchers or just a angle grinder will do fine for the limited quantities.
