Hello All, I am having a problem I can't figure out. I design a piece a specific size and the machine will cut it out smaller. I'm sure it must be a setting but I don't know where. Any help would be appreciated.

How much smaller? Look at your kerf settings.

If I make a part 4 inches it will cut out around 3. A sign at 20 Inches cuts out around 18. I'm pretty new to this , where are the kerf settings?
    Thanks for the reply.

You sure to are set to inches? Are you using male tool paths? Are you exporting the tool path only? When you hit export it should give check boxes saying selected, tool path etc. make sure tool path is the only one connected

It sounds like the GEAR RATIO of your machine is wrong.

Go to FILE/OPEN SETUP or NEW SETUP and find your machine. This will give you the default settings from the factory. Then DRY RUN your part and verify the size.
