Here I sit as my table is cutting, figured I would peruse the forum. Soaking up all the tech advise posted in case I have a issue come up.

I have to say in the 8yrs I have owned a Torchmate table my problems have been minimal, usually operator error. I just passed my 2x2 on to a friend and bought a same age 4x4 Growth series from another friend when he upgraded. I have to say, this has been a great investment. I paid for the 4x4 in the first job I did. Im running the blue screen avhc, what a marvel it is, maybe next upgrade Ill go for the accumove set up.

The height control has been a time saver, no more hovering over the table manually adjusting. I usually am cleaning parts as they come off. I have to admit though on a 1 hour cut, I snuck in the house for a shower while it was cutting. Not one issue. I have had a torch crash into a tipped up part that stalled the motors, I will probably look into a break away.

Just wanted to pass on my experiences in case somebody is thinking about buying a Torchmate table.

Enough rambling, time to pull some parts off the table and make more money ☺

    Dave

Dave thanks for the great props, good to hear you have had success with your table, both in the early payoff as well as with the user experience. Owning any cnc table is a learning experience, most people think it is as easy as pressing a button, there is lot more involved in it than that, not as easy as driving a car. Like with any business it is what you put into it, not everybody can be successful like yourself.

I wish I could find a 4x4 table here. Cut and bend me some side rails :)
