I 'm getting ready to do a run of corrugated metal on my 4x4 growth series with VHC. Any one ever done corrugated metal?
I was just wondering the Z o set up and what settings to use for the VHC.

    Thanks

Use the same settings as you do with flat plate, adjust the speed accordingly to allow the height control to react, meaning dont try to run 300 ipm cutting at 65 amps on 1/8 steel.

Can I resurrect this post please. I really want to try cutting some as i have a free supply of it. But I'm scared that I'm just starting out and have no idea how to do it. But if the machine can do it, its just a matter of settings so if someone could post what settings they have had success with i would feel better about trying. No body wants anything fancy just basic shapes and maybe a few letters.
