What type grease for the slide bearings

what is the preferred grease to use to lube the linear slide bearings?

 

Calling Tech support now to find out. Ill post once I know so we all can know.

 

It seems that these machines are so new , that there is no maintenance recommendations written at this point. The gentleman I was on the phone with, Mr. Snoo, was able to track this information down off the production floor. A big thank you for that! The grease they use on the production floor is Mobil SHC 100. I could not find this local to me to purchase off the shelf. I did some research and found this grease is a Extreme pressure, N.L.G.I Grade 2, Lithium base, Red in color. I was able to find a comparable grease made by another manufacturer that the specs were the same. Hope this helps some others.
