Is there a setting in Torchmate CAD I need to change to output .gm files? Right now the only option is .fgl file format.

figured it out, you have to go into Machining defaults and change to Accumove imperial.

And if you do not have an option for Accumove Imperial, Cad 7 or Cad 8, then you can download the Cad Patch from our website under support. After installed go to Machine Defaults then Setup and Load the Driver.

I was working with a local company, and they purchased a new computer to design on, and did not know how to get the .gm format. It is new software, I just had to remember how to set that up. It has been good to work with them, they have the accumove 2 and I have the accumove 3, so I get to see the difference so I can teach my students.
