Background: Existing, original table, software, Miller Spectrum 875 Plasma, and all Torchmate devices worked OK. Upgrading to the Accumove 2 Have been on the phone with Tech Support several times for puzzlements with the instructions. Tech Support is closed now. Would like to get the thing going this weekend. Have run the VMD, done the Datum, mounted the torch & etc. >>Have connected all wires except 'OK to Move'<< Problem: 1. In the instructions, the OK to Move signal is shown as Green & Blue, Red & Blue, and Red & Black in different places. 2. The cable I assume they want me to use is number 20121170-2-10 . . . it fits in the correct socket on the Accumove even though the instructions specify cable # TMS-103-5000-03 which is not in the package. 3. The cable has all of the colors mentioned above plus numbers. (see picture). 4. Blue, Black, Orange, & Green are labeled "Com" so I assume they are all connected together? Question: Which wires are the "OK to Move" Signal?

Hello Thanks for the reply. I have already looked at all the Accumove 2 posts on this site. I have the assembly instructions and I have read them several times. I also have the Accumove 2 Wiring Diagram. There seems to be a discrepancy between the instructions and the Wiring Diagram - and it is entirely possible I am not seeing the obvious - Problem is: referring to the "Torchmate 2X4 Growth Series Assembly Guide May 14, 2015": on page 34, 45, 75 and 77, the colors are Red and Blue on the Accumove 2 Wiring Diagram P/N TMS-044-0404-00, the colors are Red and Black I can find no reference to the pin numbers on the cable I assume to be what the instructions refer to as the "Input Cable" "Input Cable" on the Wiring Diagram is P/N TMS-103-5000-03. What I have is P/N 20121170-2-10 as shown in the picture above. Now - Blue and Black are both labeled "Com" on the "Input Cable" so, if one assumes they are both connected to a common point in the Accumove 2 box, I could use either one along with the red. Is that a reasonable assumption?
I see what you are talking about now.... let me go to the shop later and look at mine... then I will report back
Well Maxwell. l thought I might be able to help you but i forgot that i shrink wrapped the connections after i made them....sorry
Thanks for the try. Things getting out of hand here due to guests arriving 6 hours early from Sweden. There goes my weekend. Will talk to Tech Support on Monday. Will report back to close this thread & perhaps save someone else time.
OK TO MOVE gets hooked to the multicolored loom that has 4 numbered wires and 4 COMM wires. So the OK TO MOVE is usually RED/BLACK. SO you would connect the RED to #1 and the Black to the BLACK COMM wire.
