Im having problems with my z axis on my 2×4 table. Worked fine over the weekend but now i get this alarm when the torch touches the material. It detects the mat and stops. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am not a tech, but I will give it a shot. Try re-homing the Z axis and repositioning. Early morning is the best time to call our support team, I will ask them to take a look at this, but I suggest giving us a call as currently they are available.

The Z DRO position reads correctly, but as there are many complex calculations in the background going on with that Z position, it is possible something needs to be re-configured. If the problem persists through a hard reset (power down the controller, software, and reset) with a dry run, I would load the configuration and that should take care of it.

Go ahead and login as an Admin, load the configuration, give the system a reset and that should clear it up. Let us know if you still have any issues.

You want to make sure you do not check the little boxes on the left, just highlight the config and press Ok. Choose a completely different config and press Ok, then choose your correct config file and then press factory reset. Close the software and reopen and this will bring everything back to factory default.
