Thanks for the help. It ended up being the fuse on the board on the inside of the accumove.

I am currently having issues with my accumove 3 not connecting to my computer any help you could offer would be great.

I realigned the compression ring. But it didn't seem to fix it.

What do you mean when you say compression rings? Is that the sleeve in the hub? Or do you have any pictures I could go off?

So I pulled the gear from the x axis motor and and there was some slipping marks. so I pushed the gear back on and tightened everything. I tried it again and it did the same thing it seems to be anything over 200 ipm it slips in quick jaged movements. As soon as I dropped below that it was fine...

I've been doing dry runs and datuming it after words and it's .5 to .6 off. I can hear the motor slipping on the shaft in the gear box. Almost sounds like a drill
