    Rolling edge on a disc

    hi guys, i am trying to find a way to curve the edges of a 1.6mm aluminium 500mm round disc. What are my options? i had a quick go with a bead roller but this was to difficult to have the curve constant on a disc. Any other options? Here is a quick 3d drawing of the edge i am after:
