I ordered from my local welding suppliers "airgas" ... It a water additive with a quite a few benefits . My main concerned was corrosion prevention of my water table ,slats and any product cut. It's also completely safe . Some other additives can be hazardous once a plasma arc (heat) is added...
I do not have any .. Upon receiving my machine I set everything out on a table to take inventory and never saw them .. And there is nothing in the back of the accumove .. The only 2 pin I have is connected to the wires from the plate marker
Ok, it's starting to make sense to me now . I did not buy the pmax65 from you . I bought the cpc board and interface cable separate and added it . I was assuming the interface cable had the raw arc voltage wires included in it . So if in unstanding correcting the need to still ad 2 wires inside...
Nope ! Nothin ,, I had missing hardware early in assembly and contacted TORCHMATE and they knew that they didn't send me correct bolts and instructed me to head to the hardware store . But I never had any kind of 2 pin plugs .
This is the plug that goes into the back of the accumove into the open port pictured above . What connects to this ? Thanx again you guys are a huge help !!
I don't have the 2 pin connector ... I have the 4wire interface cable coming out of the plasma consisting of red/black and green/black . Then I also have this cable that is supposed to plug in back of accumove with numerous wires on the other end along with the red/black coming out of the VfC
I run my shop part time now and really just started assembly last week .i haven't got to cut anything yet .. I ran 3.5 inch slates .. Instructions said 3-4 so local place said they shear regardless so they did 3.5 at same price . I'll let you know what I think once I start cutting
I just got my 5gal of GREENCUT this week .. Took about a week to get as it comes from Canada . I have a friend who is a dealer for them but doesn't sell much of it . I paid $215 for 5gal shipped before tax .. I did see that dealer cost is $155 with shipping on it for 5gal in case anyone was...
I haven't fired my machine yet . Still trying to get everything setup . I work long days and only have a couple hrs a day for garage time if I can stay awake so I'm slowly chipping away at things .. Just curious if anyone had any good or bad feedback on GREENCUT .
can anyone tell me the wiring configuration for a hypertherm 65 to an accumove 2 ... I have red/black from VFC connected to pmax 65 interface and have green/black left . Can't really find anything solid in the instructions . Thanx in advance !
I also was kinda disappointed when I received my water table without the logos cutout .. I paid good money thinking I was buying what I saw on the website then received something different . At least an upfront notice woulda been appreciated from the sales rep .
