our edges and lead in cutting really deep and messing up our cuts as well as everything that we cut is bevled for some reason. its just giving an overall bad cut quality.
i just cut out 3 test cuts and one turned out good the rest still did the same thing... should the active level be high or low, and should the breakaways be set to pause?
Im using the VMD program and an Accumove 2. It will cut some weird shape but return to the same program zero as if it had just done the cut normally.
And yeah on the computer it looks like its following the path on a dry run.
so in a week one of my 4x4 growth table had its moter break, a bearing stick, and one of the drive belts break. after getting everything together and the new parts installed i ran the torch up and down the gantry and the drive shaft came loose and cost me more work. finally the torch started...
so my ohmic has been down for about a week now. ive been waiting on getting a new VFC but in the mean time i switched the table to manual. this morning i turned on the machine and started to cut but i forgot to set the height. i noticed that the torch was still cutting and the ohmic was flashing...
