I guess it had something to do with the consumables. I took it apart and put it back together and it started working.
I noticed it gives the same alarm if I try to start at the same pierce point. so if there is already a pierced hole it will give the same alarm.
I checked the connections for the "ok to move" and they seemed fine.
I cut .06" just fine but when I try the same program on the .250 it alarms. I have the ground connected to the material.
then I went back to the .06 later and had the same problem.
The "ok to move signal" is on. I am trying to cut 1/4" steel. I've tried changing the delay up and down but have the same result. it does blow a hole thru it but will not move. I do have the ground connected to the material.

I have had this problem off and on cutting different material. It will pierce but will not begin the move then it
stops and this message comes on the screen. I have tried different settings on the AVHC but still having trouble.
Does anyone know why it does this and how to fix it...
