I actually got ahold of someone and come to find it there was a screw that had fallen down in there and I got that issue fixed. Now I have another. I am trying to cut 1/4 inch metal. It is making the cut but not cutting all the way thru the metal. When I made the test cut it cut the material...

I'm in need of help. When trying to move the Gantry, it moves fine for awhile, then it seems to get stuck and make a grinding noise and won't move. When I push the DATUM button, it does the exact same thing. HELP!!!
