not a project, but a rebuild - stumped by unidentifiable leaky jack

I read these are supposely better than O-Rings. Could it have twisted/rolled as you were installing it. I have had that happen in the past when I was working with Hydraulics. We would use some grease to help hold it in place and help prevent from coming out. Another option would be go back to a...

I want to create a Pierce Point to locate a hole center for drilling. I know this will harden the material at this area but my holes I will be drill are larger diameters than the Pierce Point. I am trying to do this as we have some holes that are close to material thickness and don't cut well. I...

    CHEAT SHEET

Depends on what you are looking for. Are you doing everything in the CAD/CAM software or importing in from a different CAD software? Large Radius End Caps for Vending Machine Housing

Another possibly is contact your local steel vendors that you are working with. They can sometimes help out. G CODES

I did send an email to Support as I was working on some other issues we had going on. I was told it could be done but I do not save the file as a .cdl as I have dxfs of all my parts. We only use the CAD/CAM software for programming only. We use Autocad LT to create our dxfs. I did find out I can...

I have watched this video numerous times. It gives about the same information as the class does. I am better off doing the nest manually in the software or even doing it in my dxf that I import in from Autocad. The video is a 3 minute presentation on how it is suppose to work. I as well as...

Nesting instructional for both the Cad and machine

We have a Table X with the Flexcut 125. Nesting has been an issue when I use the nesting feature in the cad software. We had issues using it through the VMD as well. I always just do a manual nesting in the cad software. It takes longer but I am able to utilize the full sheet of material. I had...

    cut is chamfered

It could be your something with your settings i.e. Torch head height speed. I would check settings first. We have had similar issues with thicker material. When we have cut AR plate in the pass we went a little bit slower than what the same size material in mild steel was.

When there are Updates and Technical Bulletins why aren't we informed about them right away. I can understand about the SP1 as that was a work in progress. We currently have a problem with a Z Datum and I contacted Tech Support about it. They sent me a Technical Bulletin from last July on how to...
