figured it out a while ago. I made a box inside the bars where the letters will go, made it white. Selected the two images then welded them. Deleted the white box. This allowed me to put the name inside without any interference.
here’s a piece I’m working on for my mechanic. I uploaded the wrong outline file so the background is a little wonky. I’ll upload the final piece when it’s done. The little crosses are great for using up scrap space.
Just did the woolery door hanger. Inspired by the second picture. I have gotten a lot of requests for them but I can’t seem to figure out how to get the initial to drop out of the name so it’s more legible. I’m sure it’s something simple that I’m missing.
I’m running a 40 amp consumable at the recommended settings 3/16” mild steel. Some cuts went through great others seemed to “weld” themselves back together. Ran a line test. Should I maybe run a 60 amp consumable for the thicker steel? I usually don’t cut more than 16 guage so this is my first...
