anyone remember the name of the company that made the blue screen avhc?

I've cleaned my machine a million times and adjusted the bearings but it still hangs up. Looking to see if anyone has converted it from lead screw to gear rack or eliminated the bearings to a linear rail Be nice if Lincoln offered an upgrade kit (hint hint)

I never cut stainless that thick, mostly 14g. Here is what I have noticed. SS likes to be cut hot, fast and close work distance Smoke is nasty. Cutting underwater really helps the back side in addition to catching smoke I would like to see your pics when done.

I usually highlight all my stuff and left click then right click on the color I use. Then right click left click. I dont remember which combination works so I do both and it usually fixes it

Lifter is a little noisy coming down to touch the plate but quiet going up. That normal? I lubed it up Also why in the world is that little smart motor so expensive? saw it online for $1500! That's half the price of the entire avhc setup

I feel like 15 for torque is too much and any less the torch won't even move down. Maybe I just need to lube it up a bit Can I put on a stepper motor and use an ohmic sensor?

why does the blue box need a smart motor? Was hoping I can eliminate it for a normal nema23 Does the grey wire out of blue box go to the torchmate box then the plasma cutter trigger get wired to the blue box? Does this wiring look ok or am I missing anything? Anyone have a stock 2x4 profile...
