cleaning holes

    when plasma cutting holes what type of drill bit is there that can drill threw the temper part I jus burn bits up

    yupo...

    I personally make a .060 size hole for a drill center and just use it for placement. Under-sizing a hole and trying to drill empties the wallet with ruined drill bits.

    what the dill are you using after the material is tempered due to heat

    I use a cobalt drill bit. Well I think they are about 5% cobalt.

    Go to harbor freight and get the warrior brand step bits they drill with ease and last a long time for up to 1/4" thick. For thicker I don't plasma cut the holes.
