We run a Flexcut 125. We have the 6 X 14 Table X. Our problems vary. Right now i ahve an email into Support about our Plate marker.
I'm upgrading to Flexcut 80 from Hypertherm 65. Flex 80 has grey wire near the CNC cable going to VFC with GRN/BLK & WHT/BLK pairs. In great detail, how are these terminated? Documentation doesn't show this cable. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Just set up a 4800 with 80 amp unit. single stage compressor with 3 heads about 10' away. Heated garage. Right out of the tank comes a regulator / sediment bowl filter .. Q; Do I need to get a dryer just befor the machine or can I get away with a good quality filter just before the machine?
Can anyone give me an idea of what compressor to buy? I’ll be using the FlexCut 80 and the plate marker.
Hi I'm in need of help. I'm trying to import a dxf file from fusion 360 to my torchmate software but every time I do it crashes.
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one wandering why these problems aren't being fixed. I notice there are lots of people on the forum with the same issues that are all software related yet tech support seems to act like I am the first one to have that problem. I got my table in march and I am on my second Accumove box and it does the same thing. I am worried about what I do when the 2 year warranty runs out.
