Talking with Jeff Knoll he said I should get over here and post. I have been fabricating and welding for a lot of years. If I can ever help with anything or answer questions let me know. The following are just some random things I'm building in the shop. My shop is Motobilt and my name is Dan DuBose. www.motobilt.com

The Torchmate table is something we use often. This access panel started as a cardboard template.

Welcome aboard Dan, I really like the stacked flange detail on that access cover. I have never considered adding a three dimensional feature to stuff like this, but it really makes a simple cover pop.

Try building a foam core or cardboard template and than pulling it apart. Simple, quick and inexpensive way to experiment with 3D stuff if you don't use a higher end CAD program.

Love the aluminum Motobilt. Nothing like the being in the zone and the serenity of a long smooth aluminum TIG weld. Very nice work sir!

Nice work! I'm kinda new to fab/welding so your projects are definitely great inspirations.
