In the Title for the thread include "Contest Entry" in the Thread title. 2. Post a Project/Build of your best project using your Torchmate CNC machine. You need to have rights to the images/video that you post. All entries must include photos or videos to be considered. 3. Projects that have already been posted on FabricationForum.com may be used again. Please create a new thread with the project. 4. Limit 3 entries (one entry per new Thread) per person The best project posted by April 30, (As determined by a Lincoln Electric voting team) will receive a Lincoln Electric Electric Hand Lifter. Members who post build projects in the Projects and Builds Sub-Forum will be eligible to win a Lincoln Electric Electric Hand Lifter for the best project submitted as determined by the FabricationForum.com Moderation Team. One Project will be chosen as the winner and a single prize awarded to the winner. FabricationForum.com community members may submit as many projects as they like between April 1, 2016 and April 30, 2016. See Contest Rules for further details. Contest Rules All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Lincoln Electric. 1. Contest Period: April 1-30, 2016. 2. Eligibility: The Design Cut Build Challenge (the “Contest”) is open to members in good standing of the FabricationForum.com community (“Member(s)”). Employees of Lincoln Electric Holdings or any of its subsidiaries (“Lincoln Electric”), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. This promotion is only open to legal U.S. residents. 3. How to Enter: Post your build project in the FabricationForum.com Projects and Builds Sub-Forum (http://fabricationforum.com/forums/projects-builds.5/). Projects must be the Member’s own work. Submissions must include pictures and a description of the process to assemble the project. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Only submissions made in the United States are eligible for the Contest. 4. Prize: The winner of the Contest will receive a Lincoln Electric Electric Hand Lifter(the “Prize”). The Prize will only be sent to the individual Member named on the submission to the Projects and Builds Sub-Forum at FabricationForum.com. 5. Winner Selection: After the deadline for Contest entries, one (1) winner will be selected by the FabricationForum.com moderation team, which shall have sole discretion to select the best project submitted to this contest. The winner will be notified by email. Decisions made by Lincoln Electric are final in all matters, including interpretation of these official rules and awarding of the Prize. In no event will more than one (1) Prize be awarded. No transfer, cash equivalent or prize substitution is allowed, except at the sole discretion of Lincoln Electric. This Contest cannot be combined with any other offers, rebate checks, products, or warranties. All expenses not specified herein (including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes), are each winner’s sole responsibility. 6. Fraud Warning: Any person who supplies false information, enters by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any Prize will forfeit the Prize won and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Any submission determined by Lincoln Electric to be fraudulent will be disqualified. 7. Consent to Use. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes a Member’s consent to Lincoln Electric’s use of the Member’s name, likeness, photograph, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. In addition, except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes a Member’s consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the Member’s participation in the Contest. In connection therewith, all entrants grant full permission and consent to Lincoln Electric to utilize any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised and hereby release Lincoln Electric from all related liability. 8. Modifications. Lincoln Electric reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest. 9. Disclaimers. Lincoln Electric is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail or for any technical, network, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind caused by Lincoln Electric, any Member, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error that may occur in the submission or processing of the entries in this Contest. The Contest winner, by acceptance of any Prize, agrees to release Lincoln Electric and the Lincoln Electric Affiliates from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize. The entrant agrees that participation shall be at his/her own risk and agrees to adhere to all applicable safety regulations and laws. Lincoln Electric makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This Contest is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. 10.
