table was working great before the class.
table was working fine during the class.
go to do a line test, its not maintaining the correct pierce height or delay.

i tried resetting the pierce settings and the controller itsself to no avail.

i checked all my grounds, ohmic is good, avhc is working (until it messes up with the pierce height and delay)

I did the line test on 3/16 and it ran beautifully.
switch to 14ga. and as you see ive tried 4 times and had the same problem every time.

    Any Ideas?
    TIA

if you dont wanna hear my voice or shop music all im talking about is the pierce delay set at .10 and it is clearly waiting longer than that to cut.

i also just tried a piece of 1/8 and still had the problem. it cuts fine. but its pausing too long on the pierce delay and i think thats causing it to mess up.

Ok so i tried getting crazy and switching out to 45a settings and consumables and setting the pierce delay for .01 instead of .10 and it didnt make a difference. its still waiting like 3 whole seconds before moving.
sometimes it blows a big hole and continues the cut
other times it blows a big hole and messes up the cut.
but it only messes up the pierce delay like 80% of the time.

are variable pierce delays programmed into the line test or something?
